1. Product Grading
To help collectors choose the right condition, we offer four packaging grades:
| Grade | Description |
| --------------------- | ------------------------------------------ |
| Collector (8–9) | Near-mint condition, suitable for display. |
| Standard (6–7) | Typical retail condition (default grade). |
| Substandard (3–5) | Noticeable wear or packaging flaws. |
| Damaged (1–2) | Significant wear or damage, sold as-is. |
Packaging Condition Variance
While MF Toys takes reasonable care in selecting and shipping collectible products, packaging condition can vary from item to item.
Minor imperfections may occur during manufacturing, packaging, handling, warehousing, transportation, or distribution and are considered normal retail condition.
Examples of acceptable minor wear include:
Small corner dings
Minor creases
Light scuffing
Slight paint or printing imperfections
Minor shelf wear
Unless a specific grade has been purchased or guaranteed, MF Toys cannot guarantee mint-condition packaging.
Product grading descriptions are provided as general guidelines and remain subject to reasonable interpretation.

2. Pre-Orders
Estimated arrival dates displayed on our website are provided by manufacturers, distributors, licensors, or suppliers and are estimates only.
Arrival dates are not guaranteed and may change without notice due to production delays, allocation changes, shipping disruptions, customs processing, labour disputes, supplier issues, or other circumstances beyond MF Toys' control.
If there is a significant delay, customers will be notified by email whenever possible.
Pre-Order Grading
Only Standard Grade (6–7) can be guaranteed for pre-orders.
Customers may request an upgrade to Collector Grade (8–9) where available.
Product Availability & Allocations
Many collectible products are produced in limited quantities and may be subject to manufacturer allocations.
MF Toys cannot guarantee fulfillment of all pre-orders when manufacturers or distributors reduce allocated quantities.
If an allocation affects your order, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and provide available options, including a refund where applicable.
Orders may be fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis when inventory is limited.
Pre-Order Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel any pre-order before the item arrives for a full refund.
Refunds are typically processed within 24 hours, although financial institutions may require additional time to complete the credit.
MF Toys shall not be liable for delays in product availability or delivery resulting from actions or circumstances affecting manufacturers, distributors, suppliers, carriers, customs agencies, or government authorities.

3. Orders & Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before shipping confirmation.
Once a tracking number has been issued or an order has shipped, cancellations, modifications, or address changes may not be possible.
MF Toys reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, suspected fraud, payment authorization issues, or other circumstances that prevent fulfillment.
Any payment collected for a cancelled order will be refunded in full.

4. Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped from Newmarket, Ontario.
We currently ship within Canada only.
Flat-Rate Shipping
Standard Flat-Rate Shipping starts at $15.00 CAD
Final shipping charges may vary based on package size, weight, destination, and carrier requirements.
Couriers
Orders may be shipped using:

Purolator
UPS
FedEx
Canpar
ICS
All orders are carefully packed using protective materials to help ensure safe delivery.
MF Toys is not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, customs delays, labour disputes, or other circumstances beyond our control once a package has been transferred to the carrier.
Shipping Options
Local Pickup (Newmarket Office)
Customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup.
Bundle Shipping
Multiple orders may be combined into a single shipment when all items are available. Updated shipping charges may apply.
Courier Delivery
Orders are shipped through our preferred carriers and may include tracking and insurance where applicable.
Delivery Confirmation & Stolen Packages
Once a courier confirms successful delivery, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
MF Toys is not liable for lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
Customers who believe a package has been stolen should contact the courier directly and, where appropriate, file a police report.
We recommend shipping to a secure location and requesting signature confirmation when available.
Lost or Damaged in Transit
If a shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 business days of receipt or expected delivery.
MF Toys will work with the carrier to investigate the claim and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund once the carrier's investigation is complete.

5. Taxes
Applicable GST, HST, PST, and QST are calculated automatically at checkout based on the shipping destination and current tax regulations.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery for items that are:
Damaged
Defective
Incorrectly shipped
Return Conditions
Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was made by MF Toys.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Refunds or store credits are generally issued within 24 hours of inspection and approval.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale unless defective or incorrectly shipped:

Exchanges
If identical replacement inventory is available, MF Toys may offer an exchange instead of a refund.

Errors, Omissions & Pricing Accuracy
While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of product information, pricing, inventory levels, images, specifications, and availability, errors may occasionally occur.
MF Toys reserves the right to:
Correct pricing, inventory, or website errors at any time.
Cancel orders placed using incorrect pricing or inaccurate information.
Refuse or limit orders resulting from technical issues, inventory discrepancies, or system errors.
If an order is cancelled due to an error, any payment collected will be refunded in full.
