1. Membership

We are a membership-based seller, designed to help collectors find rare and specialty items through our Hunters Wish List program.

  • Annual Membership Fee: $15.99
  • First-Year New Membership: $19.99
  • Membership Benefits: Early access to select products, exclusive discounts, and promotions.
  • Non-Members: Anyone in Canada may order online without a membership.

2. Product Grading

To help collectors choose the right condition, we offer four packaging grades:

Grade Description
Collector (8–9) Near-mint condition, suitable for display.
Standard (6–7) Typical retail condition (default grade).
Substandard (3–5) Noticeable wear or packaging flaws.
Damaged (1–2) Significant wear or damage, sold as-is.

3. Pre-Orders

Estimated arrival dates for pre-ordered products are provided by manufacturers and distributors and are subject to change. If there is a significant delay, you will be notified by email.

Pre-Order Grading: Only Standard Grade (6–7) can be guaranteed for pre-orders. Customers may request an upgrade to Collector Grade (8–9) where available.

Pre-Order Refunds: You may cancel any pre-order before the item arrives for a full refund. Refunds are processed within 24 hours, though your financial institution may take additional time to finalize the credit.

4. Orders & Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before shipping confirmation. Once a tracking number has been issued or the item has shipped, cancellations and changes are not possible.

5. Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped from Newmarket, Ontario. We currently ship within Canada only.

Flat-Rate Shipping

  • Standard Flat-Rate Shipping: Starting at $15.00 CAD
  • Final rate may vary based on package size, weight, and destination.

Couriers

We ship through ICS, CanPar, UPS, FedEx, Purolator, or Canada Post Expedited. Every order is securely packed with bubble wrap and kraft paper for protection.

We are not responsible for courier delays or delivery interruptions once a package has been handed to the carrier.

Shipping Options

  • Pickup at MF Toys (Newmarket Office): You’ll be notified when your order is ready (Mon–Fri 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.).
  • Bundle Shipping: Combine multiple orders into one shipment when all items are ready; an updated invoice will be issued.
  • Courier Delivery: Flat-rate, insured delivery through our preferred couriers.

Delivery Confirmation & Stolen Packages

Once a courier confirms successful delivery, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

  • MF Toys is not liable for lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed.
  • If you suspect theft, please contact the courier directly to file a claim.
  • We recommend choosing a secure delivery address or requesting signature confirmation when available.

Lost or Damaged in Transit

If a shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 business days of receipt (or expected receipt). We will initiate a claim with the courier and, once the investigation concludes, arrange for a replacement or refund.

6. Taxes

Applicable sales taxes (GST/HST/PST/QST) are calculated automatically at checkout based on your province or territory’s current tax rate.

7. Payment Methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. For pre-orders, payments may be authorized at checkout and charged once the product becomes available.

All transactions are processed securely using encrypted, PCI-compliant systems. Your payment details are never stored or shared.

8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Refunds or store credits are issued within 24 hours of inspection.
  • Vaulted, limited-edition, or clearance items are final sale.

Exchanges: If an identical replacement is available, we can exchange your item instead of issuing a refund.

9. Currency & Pricing

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

10. Privacy Policy

Your personal information is stored securely and never shared or sold. All transactions are conducted using advanced encryption and firewall protection.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, logos, and images, is the exclusive property of MF Toys. Reproduction or distribution without written consent is prohibited.

12. Age Requirement

By purchasing from our store, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

13. Limitation of Liability

MF Toys is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of products or services. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question.
